Do you want to be the tech leader responsible for building a brand new lending product for Amazon India? This role provides opportunity to lead a tech team of high achievers, interact with top leaders of partner banks and NBFCs and build at scale a brand new lending product for Amazon India from scratch.

You have experience in building high throughput and scalable applications.
You gain the respect of software engineers, software test engineers and product managers quickly and you’re able to excite customers, internal stakeholders and your team about vision of product and roadmap.
You also like to roll up your sleeves and get hands on when necessary.
Our ideal candidate prioritizes well, communicates clearly and compellingly, understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong team and has a demonstrable track record of success building teams and delivering new features or products.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non
- internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
